We collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our services. The types of information collected depend on the application being used:

Information Provided Directly by Users / Administrators

• Institutional Data: Madrasah / school name, address, contact details
• Student Records: Names, roll numbers, class, section, date of admission, guardian contact
• Staff Records: Teacher names, subjects, salaries, attendance
• Fee & Financial Records: Fee vouchers, payment records, dues
• Attendance Data: Daily student and teacher attendance
• Academic Records: Exam results, grades, progress reports

Device & Technical Information (Automatically Collected)

• Device model and operating system version
• App version number
• Crash logs and error reports (for debugging purposes only)
• Local network / server IP (for connecting the mobile app to the desktop server)

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT collect precise GPS location
• We do NOT access your contacts, SMS, or call logs
• We do NOT collect any data for advertising or marketing profiling
• We do NOT sell your data to any third party
• We do NOT transmit institutional or student data to external servers unless explicitly configured by the administrator

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide the core functionality of our applications (attendance, fees, exams, reports)
• Allow authorized administrators, teachers, and parents to access relevant data
• Generate reports, fee vouchers, and academic records for your institution
• Diagnose technical issues and improve app performance through crash logs
• Send app update notifications (optional, requires permission)

All data processing occurs locally within your institution's network (on your own server or device). We do not have access to your institutional data.

MMS (Madaris Management System) stores all data on-premise — on the institution's own Windows desktop server. Mobile companion apps connect to this local server over your institution's Wi-Fi or network. No data is stored on external cloud servers by default.

PakPOS stores data locally on the device or on the institution's local server, depending on your configuration.

Security Measures

• Role-based access control (Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent)
• Password-protected accounts
• Local network communication (no public internet exposure by default)
• Administrator-controlled data backup and restore
• No sensitive data cached on mobile devices beyond session

While we implement strong security measures, please ensure your institution also maintains a secure local network and regular data backups.

Our Android and iOS apps request only the permissions necessary for their core functions:

Permissions are requested at the time of use and can be revoked at any time through your device's settings without affecting core functionality.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal or institutional information with any third party, except in the following limited cases:

• Legal Compliance: If required by law, court order, or government authority
• Technical Support: If you explicitly provide us with data (e.g., a backup file) to help diagnose a bug, it is used only for that purpose and deleted afterward

We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, etc.) that would share your data externally.

Our MMS application manages student data which may include information about minors (students in educational institutions). This data is:

• Entered and controlled exclusively by authorized institution administrators
• Never used for advertising, profiling, or shared with third parties
• Stored securely within the institution's own network
• Accessible only to authorized staff (teachers, admin) and parents of the specific student

The institution (madrasah / school) is responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians before entering student information into the system.

As a user or institution administrator, you have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored for your institution within the application
• Correction: Update or correct any inaccurate information at any time
• Deletion: Delete any student, teacher, or institutional record using the admin panel
• Export: Export your data as reports or backups
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the app removes all locally cached data from the device
